Students intending to graduate in the two winter sessions may only take any remaining exams from the winter session of the previous academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final grade calculation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final grade is determined based on the grade point average, calculated on a 30-point scale and weighted by credits, obtained in the teaching units where the exam includes a numerical evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Committee then has the discretion to add a score for the evaluation of the final thesis to the average converted to a 110-point scale: this score ranges from 0 to 11 points. The supervisor proposes an evaluation for the final thesis expressed in whole points. The Committee decides on the score by majority vote, after hearing the opinion of the co-supervisor. The final result is rounded to the nearest whole number (0.50 is rounded up to 1). Students who reach a score of 111 may be awarded honors (laude) upon the prior proposal of the supervisor, accepted by the co-supervisor, and by unanimous vote of the Committee. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
